Our "Reliable" Back-to-Work Program partners with industry to put people back to work. We believe
that there is dignity in work, and that learning dependable work habits is an essential part of preparing those we serve to
re-enter the community when they complete our Nehemiah Program. During the initial phase of the Nehemiah Program, participants participate
in employment preparation classes. They also participate in hands on work around our facilities so that we may
observe their work-habits and "soft skills." Our work-mode supervisors coach our students, and when they are ready
for work we transport them to businesses and manufacturers in the community where they work through our Reliable Program.
All participants must pass drug screening prior to placement. Our goal is to have them transition to full-time employment
with these partners upon completion of our program which takes from six months to one year depending on the individual.
