Fresh Start is a ministry to women struggling with addiction. Founded by
Pastor Peggy Bowie, a trained Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, the ministry provides safe shelter and recovery
support services to women at its Memphis, Tennessee location.
Because Fresh Start serves some women who have
